ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE RELIGIOUS MOTIF HAND-PAINTED CERAMIC FIGURES, LOT OF FOUR, each on a square base and painted in the round, comprising "Virgin Mary", hand-brushed to front of base, depicting a woman cradling a child, one example featuring Elijah and the Raven, depicting a seated man in long robes with black bird perched on limb at left side, and two examples portraying Charity including one example depicting a woman with three children, one holding a cross, and one example featuring a woman and two children, having applied foliate flowers to base. Late 18th/first quarter 19th century. 9 3/8" HOA.
