Carl Jung Rare Signed Card to his Mentee
Autograph postcard signed by Carl Jung, whose pioneering work in psychoanalysis and mythology has greatly influenced the fields of literature, anthropology, religious studies, psychology and psychiatry. Jung writes to his mentee, psychoanalyst Dr. Rivkah Scharf Kluger, on a card postmarked September 7, 1954 from Zurich. Translated from German, Jung writes in full: "Yes, [crossed out:] at 3 o'clock. Before that time, I will be napping, so it will be a brief visit. / Best greetings, Jung." Postcard measures 5.875" x 4.125". Uniform toning and tape along top edge, overall in very good condition with bold handwriting.
