Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A fine, hand-built pottery figure extensively embellished with a headdress, a loincloth, earrings, a necklace, and armlets. The standing figure displays long arms that hang to either side of the slender waist and applied facial features, including coffee bean-shaped eyes, a protruding nose, and full lips. Size: 3.6" W x 5.3" H (9.1 cm x 13.5 cm)

Provenance: private Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA collection; ex-Dr. David Harner collection, Springdale, Arkansas, USA, acquired between the 1950s and 1960s
