Pre-Columbian, Southern Mexico, Guerrero region, Mezcala culture, ca. 600 to 100 BCE. A set of 4 wearable necklaces constructed with dozens of porous stone beads. Each necklace features a larger pendant on the end, and all but 1 necklace are strung with red string. Size (largest necklace): 18" L (45.7 cm); (center bead): 1.25" L x 1.1" W (3.2 cm x 2.8 cm)
