Harry Coulby (1865-1929) was an English native to immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio at the age of 17. An astute businessman, Coulby was known as the "Czar of the Great Lakes" for his expertise in managing the Great Lakes shipping fleet of Pickands Mather & Company and the Pittsburgh Steamship Company.
