In frischen Farben gehaltene, großformatige Ansicht, die einen vollausgeführten Entwurf eines Konzerthauses zeigt.In großformatiger Ansicht zeigt sich frontal das vermutlich dreigeschossige Kulturgebäude mit Mansardwalmdach, vorgesetzten Seiten- und mittigem Hauptportal sowie einer einladenden Galerie. Ergänzt wird das Gebäude durch ein aufwendiges, antikisiertes Figurenprogramm sowie Dekorelemente mit Schmucksteinen, gerundeten Glasfenstern und einem durch drei Treppen großzügig ermöglichten Zugang zum Haus. Der Entwurf ist der Epoche der Gründerzeit zuzuordnen, stilistisch dem Historismus. Repräsentativen Charakters zeigt sich das Gebäude als eine Art Tempel der Kultur, der Aufbau des planerischen Entwurfs stellt die Nutzung als Konzerthaus klar.Sketch for a concert hall. The building is complemented by an elaborate programme of antique figures and decorative elements with gemstones, rounded glass windows and generous access to the house via three staircases. The sketch can be attributed to the Gründerzeit period, stylistically to historicism.
