President Woodrow Wilson (American 1856-1924), signed document appointing Norman Armour Secretary of Embassy or Legation Class Two, dated June 28, 1920, boldly signed by Wilson and an Acting Secretary of State.
Note: Norman Armour (1887-1982), was a career diplomat who served as chief of mission in eight countries, as Assistant Secretary of State for Political Affairs, and served as United States Ambassador to Canada.
Provenance: Passed down by descent to Tania Armour Becker.
