ENGLISH TRANSFER-PRINTED AMERICAN HISTORICAL CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising one unmarked pearlware jug with black transfer designs of a ship on one side, a spread eagle with "E. PLURIBUS UNUM" on the opposite and a sailor kissing a woman below the spout; one unmarked jug having brick red printed design of eagle with states within chains surrounding it on one side and a compass design on the opposite with "Come Box the Compass" and "J.JOHNSON Edmund Street LIVERPOOL" in the center of the design; and one unmarked plate having central black transfer design of a ship with British flag flying and floral designs on edge. Late 18th/early 19th century. Jugs 7" and 7 1/2" H.
