Presenting an Edwardian white light weight lacey cotton tea summer dress dating to the early 1900s - 1910. One piece in construction and made for a tall woman. Front embellished with hand embroidered floral lace, valenciennces lace, machine schiffli lace, vertical pintucks on front bodice/waist and skirt. Having no collar and back hook/eye and mother of pearl button closures and having no lining. Short full sleeves with V shaped cuff, vertical pin tucks, valenciennes lace and schiffli lace cuffs. Scalloped lace hem line.
This dress has been deaccession from the Rochester Historical Museum from Rochester N.Y. clothing collection. Still retaining the museums string tag and sewn in catalog identification number tag.

CONDITION
In very good antique condition. There is NO understain discolorations. Very few small seam openings at lace insertions, and no holes. Could use a soaking laundering to refresh. Sturdy and strong and wearable.
