Description
Early one-page agreement of sale between Kentucky men, possibly brothers, for slaves. The document records that in 1804 John, Joseph, and David Brown negotiated a sale of two slaves, including a "negro fellow named Moses...and a girl named Lucy" in exchange for 40 acres of farmland in Davison County.
