1860-Dated, First Abraham Lincoln Presidential Campaign Sheet Music titled, "Lincoln Quick Step.," Printed by T. Sinclair's Litho., Philadelphia, Very Fine.
Original 1860 Presidential Campaign Sheet Music, measuring 10" x 13.25", 4 pages music, with 6 pages in total. Illustrated front cover shows a large oval central image of a "Beardless" Abraham Lincoln surrounded by a floral border. Some light wear from use, spine archival reinforced, tiny bottom right corner tip and left edge chips, overall attractive with nice detail. An image of a young Lincoln Splitting Logs (a.k.a. "The Railsplitter" his campaign theme) above, and a Flat-boat on a River below, (Lincoln had piloted boats of this type early in life). Rail splitting tools illustrations to the left and period water craft piloting tools to the right. Text at bottom reads: "Dedicated to the Hon. Abraham Lincoln."
