(1864) Lot of TWO California Presidential Campaign Union Tickets, including Abraham Lincoln & Andrew Johnson on the "National Union Ticket" offered together with a "Democratic Ticket" for George B. McClellan & George H. Pendleton. Each paper ticket comes with a listing of other lesser offices and the recommended candidate. The scarce Abraham Lincoln & Andrew Johnson is printed in black on its face, measuring about 8.5" x 3" with a blue printed reverse side with American Flags and portraits of "LINCOLN" and "JACKSON" in oval on the left and right sides. The McClellan & Pendleton Ticket measures about 7.5" x 4" printed in deep red and blue on the white wove period paper with the title banner "The Constitution And The Union Forever!!" above an American Flag. Both are clean and have light folds and two tiny spindle holes from when counted. Each is well centered and pleasing. (2 items).
