Elvis Presley's Personally Owned Army Gloves From Germany W/LOA From Tish Henley - These canvas and leather gloves were personally owned by Elvis Presley. The gloves are accompanied by a letter of provenance from Tish Henley, who was Elvis' personal nurse from 1968 to 1977 and lived behind the Graceland mansion with her husband and their two daughters from 1973 to 1983. She worked on call at the Graceland mansion and often on tour with Elvis and took care of the entire Presley family under the supervision of Elvis' long time trusted physician Dr. George Nichopoulos. According to Henley's letter, Elvis gave Tish these gloves one day at Graceland after playing outside in the snow, when Tish was wearing plastic kitchen gloves and eventually went inside since she didn't have proper gloves. According to the letter: "A few days later he had located these gloves. He told me to use them next time and my hands won't be cold. I asked where in the world did you get these. He replied to me with a smile. I brought them back from Germany."
