The ring measures 19.5mm wide, and is embellished with an inset 1.00ct (approximate) genuine old European cut diamond and onyx inlay. The ring was acquired from the estate of Dr. Elias Ghanem, who was Elvis' trusted Las Vegas physician. This ring was one of many items Elvis gave Dr. Ghanem in the 1970s, as Elvis would often stay at the doctor's home inside the Las Vegas Country Club which was located directly behind The International (later the Las Vegas Hilton). Elvis had a record 837 consecutive performances at The International from 1969 to 1976, and often stayed in Dr. Ghanem's guest bedroom. The ring will be accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Dr. Ghanem's wife Jody, along with a notarized master copy of the pieces sold by Mrs. Ghanem in 2016.
