Description
Iron ikkaku barrel decorated with dragons, clouds and aoi mon in rubbed and oxidised sahari and gold nunome, hakkaku cannon barrel, at the top of the barrel chikiri motomeate (rear sight), sode sakimeate (front sight), owner's name "Matsudaira Yamato No Kami" and inscription "Goshu Kunitomo Okikiu Hiromichi". Smooth brass lock with internal spring, defective bolt action, iron hammer with small loss. Clear lacquered stock of Awa type, ramrod missing. Barrel length 69 cm, overall length 108 cm, 18.2 mm calibre (10 monme).
