Description
Iron ikkaku barrel decorated with dragons, clouds in finely preserved sahari and gold nunome, applied misutomoe mon at the breech, hakkaku cannon barrel with band decoration, at the top of the barrel sujiwari motomeate (rear sight), sugigata sakimeate (front sight), and owner's name "Matsudaira Hoki No Kami", inscribed "Tsuneari Tsukuro Kore". Smooth brass lock with internal spring, iron hammer with karakusa zogan. Black lacquered stock of Kishu type with various gold lacquered mon. Ramrod missing. Barrel length 75.5 cm, overall length 108 cm, 16 mm calibre (6.5 monme).
