Description
Japanese iron kabuto (helmet) that is a part of Yoroi (Samurai Armor). This kabuto was made in 18th or 19th century in Japan. It was made from 16 iron plates that are connected to each other. Condition: this item is in rather poor condition. Urushi is missing in many places, there where some attempts to repair it done without proper knowledge. It is good piece for decoration because it is clear that this kabuto is very old. Stand is included.
