Pre-Columbian, Colombia, Narino culture, ca. 850 to 1500 CE. A pretty musical instrument in the form of a seashell. Made of heavy pottery, this whistle is still fully functional! One side is painted a deep brown with a cream decoration of triangles and circles overs its surface. Size: 5.25" L x 3.9" W x 2.75" H (13.3 cm x 9.9 cm x 7 cm)
