Description
ENGLISH CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF TWO, comprising one cream jug with fluted, undulating molded sides below the shoulder, polychrome-painted floral sprigs, and a band of yellow outlined with black along the rim, has a painted green "S" on bottom; one cup with two handles on opposite sides, having a blue chevron design painted on handle, and floral, polychrome, undulating design around the entire piece, unmarked. Staffordshire and other areas. Circa 1820. 4 3/8" H and 5" H.
