ENGLISH PEAFOWL PEARLWARE CERAMIC TEAPOT, peafowl design on exterior is an orange, white, yellow, and blue-bodied bird with a long, orange, blue and brown tail and blue plumage mounded on its head, bird is perched on a thin branch with painted green pigment for foliage, floral sprays and blue scallop design at rim of body and on cover. The design is in the pattern called "Kelly" by G. and M. Deike. Staffordshire and other areas. Circa 1810. 10" H.
Very good visual condition. Areas of professional restoration, minute flake on rim of body.
