A pair of signed items by President Bill Clinton, including a signed photograph and a First Day Cover. The photograph measures 10" x 8", [Washington, D.C.], [January 27, 1998]. Clinton addresses Congress, flanked by Vice President Al Gore and Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, during the State of the Union Address. Signed in gold felt tip "Best wish/Bill Clinton." Accompanying the photo is a First Day Cover celebrating Arkansas' Sesquicentennial. Measuring 6.5" x 3.75", postmarked Little Rock, dated January 3, 1986. Signed "Bill Clinton" and marked "52 of 150." Both the photograph and the cover have bold signatures. Near fine.
