Description
Historical, approximately 8x8 in size, document dated 8th of August 1780. The document reads "Penfylvania I do hereby certify that Michael Palm of the Township of Richland has furnilhed this State, for the Ufe of the United States, with a Brown Horse 4 years 15 hands high which has been Appraifed by two Freeholders, on Oath at the Sum of Forty Five Pounds in Exchange 40 for one and for which the State is now jultly indebted to him in that Sum, with Interelt. Given under my Hand, this 8th August A.D. 1780." Signed by John Thompson Burke County. This document is fragile and has uneven edges. A really amazing piece of American history. John Thompson, who signed this document appears to have been a founding person in Burke County, Pennsylvania. Comes with a full Letter of Authenticity from Todd Mueller Authentics.
