Condition
The canvas is unlined. Examination under Ultra-Violet light reveals some small scattered sensitive spots of retouching.
There is frame rubbing to all four outer edges, with some associated localised areas of paint loss, most visibly to the upper edge. A couple of pinholes to the left lower edge. There are some scattered lines of hairline craquelure visible.
In our opinion, the work is in overall good condition and presents well.
