Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A set of 4 hand-built pottery figures, each standing atop delineated legs with arms folded atop the chest. Each figure with coffee bean eyes and with sashes or belts at the waist, and 3 are shown wearing fillets. Size of largest: 0.61" L x 1.88" W x 5.45" H (1.5 cm x 4.8 cm x 13.8 cm)
Provenance: private New York, New York, USA collection; ex-prominent Kingston, New York, USA collection, acquired in the 1990s

Largest with repair to one foot, and loss to portion of foot of another figure; remaining 2 figures are intact. Each with minor softening to some finer details, otherwise in great condition. Nice consistency of form.
