Davis to Collector of Internal Revenue in the Nineteenth District of Pennsylvania, signed by Grant in pen and countersigned by the Secretary of the Treasury George S. Boutwell, signed 'G. P. Davis 19 Pa.' on reverse, also inscribed in a later hand on reverse, "Signature of President Grant / U.S.A. / T. S. 1966", on sturdy vellum paper, unframed
