Original set of Master Schematics from Grumman Aerospace titled, Shuttle/Orbiter Vehicle: Level O IFFP Analysis; Logistics Resupply Mission, as developed by Grumman for NASA as part of the Space Shuttle Development Contracts in 1972.

Grumman became a key player in space technology as the company designed and built the Apollo Lunar Module that was used for the moon landing. In the Post-Apollo era, NASA issued a development contract to Grumman under its new Space Shuttle program to design and develop an Orbiter vehicle which could be reused on multiple missions. These extremely rare original schematics are part of the master plans drafted by Grumman under the NASA development contracts. The plans are drafted on translucent polyester/plastic drafting film which was a common medium used for creating master drafting documents during this period. This set is dated January 20, 1972. This fantastic set of plans includes a detailed illustration of the stages of a Resupply Mission for the Shuttle Orbiter. The notes state that, [t]his is a tentative Level O Configuration of the Shuttle Orbiter Vehicle Logistic Resupply Mission to be used as the basis for the Integrated Functional Flow Path (IFFP) Analysis. The lower right indicates that the diagram was configured by: V. Simone and R. Knabetgen. This document bears identification No.: B3L0180-1102.
