This is an authentic decommissioned US Navy Mark 12 diving helmet. The Mark 12 was the predecessor to the famed Mark V. Made by Morse Diving Equipment, this is a relatively early example from March 1979. The helmet has been part of a lot of adventures and was eventually made unusable by the USN by bending in neck ring. The helmet has not been cleaned up and is in as found condition.
