English Sterling Victorian Purse & Chatelaine. The sterling silver Victorian purse is hallmarked with sterling silver, London and date letter hallmarks. It is also hallmarked with the makers mark SJ. It is hallmarked in three places, on the Chatelaine, inside the purse and on the outside design. The purse is velvet with contrasting inside liner that shows through the silver winged dragon design. There are also three emerald cabochons accenting the outside of the purse.
