AMERICAN SCHOOL (19TH CENTURY) FOLK ART MINIATURE PORTRAIT OF A BOY, watercolor, pencil, and gouache on paper, waist-length depiction of dark-haired sitter, signed "Kidder" at lower edge, old collection labels attached verso, one inscribed "Charles Goddard Hazeltine". Housed under glass in a period black-painted molded wood frame. Mid 19th century. 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" sight, 5" x 4" OA.
Very good overall visual condition, minor tear at extreme left side edge. Frame with minor wear. Not examined out of frame.
