NO RESERVE [Travers (Walter)] A full and plaine declaration of Ecclesiasticall Discipline, first edition in English, translated by Thomas Cartwright, largely printed in black letter, woodcut device on title, lacks folding plate (as often) and final leaf of text (text supplied in ms.), lacking also 2 blank leaves b2 and 2B2, N4 supplied from another copy (trimmed with slight loss of sidenotes and slightly frayed), a few headlines trimmed close, copious contemporary ink marginalia, contemporary ink inscription to title, browning and soiling, bookplate of M.H. Bloxam, later half calf, rebacked, [STC 24184], 4to, [Heidelberg, M.Schirat], 1574.
