This lot consists of an aerosol hand stencil painting on cardboard. Image depicts a young child whose small arms are wrapped around a bomb. The word "NO" is printed across the bottom of the image in bright red, with splattered red paint accentuating undeniable reality. Done in the subversive graffiti art style of the elusive street artist, Banksy (1974-). Unframed piece measures approximately 24" x 23.5".

Banksy is an anonymous English-based street artist, vandal, political activist and painter. Banksy combines dark humor with graffiti done in a distinctive stenciling technique. His works of political and social commentary have been featured on streets, walls, and bridges of cities throughout the world.
