FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT (1882-1945). Thirty-Second President of the United States (1933–1945) and a dominant leader of the Democratic Party being the Only American President elected to More than Two Terms in office.
Clipped Signature, “Franklin D Roosevelt”, 4.75” x 1.5”, Choice Extremely Fine. The signature is included with a typed letter dated January 28, 1943, as a gift from the president of the Plaza Bank of St. Louis, F.R. vonWindegger to Mrs Berenice Morrisn-Fuller. Letter reads in part, “...I enclose the President’s autograph which I hope will give your little friend much joy...”. Clipped from another document or letter the vivid signature, “Franklin D Roosevelt” is on light green paper and measures 3.75” long. (2 items).
