Description
Roman, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A nice pair of ancient glass objects. One a sprinkler flask, blown into a mold, with a narrow neck and a wide, rolled rim, made to hold precious liquids that needed to be protected from evaporation. The other a black, green, and white glass bracelet. After the invention of glassmaking, personal adornments were fashioned from man-made glass like this example. Size of glass: 1.75" W x 2.45" H (4.4 cm x 6.2 cm); size of bracelet: 2.75" W (7 cm)

Condition
Sprinkler flask has loss from one side, low on body. Does not appear to have a pontil. Light encrustation on interior. Bracelet has very slight chips.
