Description
Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A hand-built brownware tripod vessel, only the "feet" actually represent another part of the human anatomy, three voluptuous breasts with well-defined nipples. Beyond the obvious erotic theme, the female form was very much valued for the fertility provided to this ancient West Mexican culture. Size: 6.375" W x 5.125" H (16.2 cm x 13 cm)
