Isaac C Delaplaine (1817-1866) Autographed letter signed and transmittal envelope free frank regarding resignation of a Civil War Captain Bieral. Letter two pages. Delaplaine was a prominent member of Congress from the state of New York during the Civil War period. Letter Fine, measures 8 x 10”, the envelope very good.
