Greece, Hellenistic period, ca. late 4th to 3rd century BCE. A very finely molded pottery head of a goddess. Tan clay with hair in long rows down her head tied in a bun at the back, wearing a diadem with small floral decorations, this painted white. A lovely example! Custom stand. Size: 2" H (5.1 cm)
