Description
ENGLISH CERAMIC JUGS, LOT OF FOUR, squat forms with molded handles and spouts, all having white sprig designs in various themes on a blue ground, one with gilding, three with applied glaze on exterior, one with smear glaze. Unmarked. Staffordshire and other areas. 19th century. 3" to 5 3/8" H.
Minor wear, particularly to gilding on rim, smallest jug with flake to underside of spout, one with short hairline crack at rim in front of handle.
