Unsigned, original lacquered brass, hinged to mahogany box base, plug-in double mirror, milled-head screw coarse and fine adjustment, 1 objective, 1 ocular, height 7 4/5 in., with fish plate and further parts. A rare and early instrument. Tube not screwed to the stand.
