Promotion document issued when the unit was serving in Stalingrad, losing 50% of personnel and aircraft. The promotion document, 8.25 x 11.75 inches, was issued 18. October 1942, in the field, and signed by Generalmajor and Geschwaderkommodore RUDIGER VON HEYKING (1894-1956). With award document for the Eastern Medal (Ostmedaille) issued 7. September 1942, signed by Generalmajor FRITZ MORZIK (1891-1985) and an award document for the Wound badge in black issued 3. March 1942, signed by Oberstleutnant and Gruppenkommandeur THEODOR BECKMANN IV./ Kampfgeschwaders z.b.V. 1. The group comes with two unit Bierzeitungen (satirical newspaper) with b/w photographs, a program celebrating 50 Years of the State Engineering School Magdeburg, a veterans pamphlet and two stickers.
