This booklet was published monthly by the OKW to teach the troops the reasons behind Germany’s war. This version contains a treatise on the relations between Germany and the U.S., in which it claims that the U.S. is controlled by the international Jewry, the evils of capitalism and freemasonry, and that while German has to deal with ‘the Jewish question’, the U.S. is plagued by ‘the Negro question’.
