A pewter-mounted faience tankard with rooster, Ansbach, circa 1760Fayence. Zylindrischer Korpus mit Zinnstandring. Manganfarben jaspierte Wandung mit frontaler Kartusche, darin in bunten Farben ausgeführter Hahn in Landschaft. Gerippter Zinndeckel, mittig Rundmedaillon mit Inschrift "ICH WERME BALD, DER ALT IS KALD". Bandhenkel. Haarriss. Maße 24,5 x 16 x 12,5 cm. Vgl. A.
