Depicts a coastline, with palm trees and other botanical and architectural elements. Artist signed to lower right. Presented with a gold tone fillet border in a rustic wood frame.

Work Size: 23.5 x 30 in.

Dimensions: 30.75 X 37 X 2 in.

Condition: Good to fair overall condition having average age related surface wear with evidence of yellowing and other stains to work. Frame showing average storage wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
