NOT ELIGIBLE FOR IN-HOUSE SHIPPING. Not a government discharge paper. A remembrance discharge paper presented by Henry Forry to his Lydia, and their four children. It was given in remembrance of his service during the Civil War. He enlisted March 8, 1865, he was from York County PA. He spent most of the war on guard duty in the 192nd Regiment PA Volunteer Infantry. He was honorably discharged August 24, 1865 at Harpers Ferry PA. CDV photo is believed to be of Henry Forry. Document: 21-1/2" wide x 27-3/4" long. Losses to document and tears along the edges. MEG
