A Fine Japanese Four Case Cherry Bark and Lacquer Inro, probably late 18th-early 19th century in date, with five segments united by a cord. The case in cherry bark (sakura) It is decorated with a narrative of a Falcon perched on a well detailed gilded branch, the obverse decorated with two sparrows fleeing from his menacing presence on the other side.
