Description
This great looking olla is of the Anasazi culture, c1100AD. It is from the Puerco River bed with black geometric lines on white. Stands approx 6" tall. There is a mostly visible hand written number on the bottom, this piece is possibly registered somewhere, SDM 10303, with 4877 crossed out. NOTE: From the collection of Daniel Cutrone, professor at Cal State Dominguez Hills, specializing in preserving the four corners of Native American Indians.
Condition
Appears in excellent condition for age and use. Chip inner rim, black mark near base, possibly burn mark. Please examine photos carefully.
