Description
Wonderful pitcher appears to be of the Anasazi (Northwestern Arizona) culture from 1150-1350 AD. This Roosevelt River pitcher is black on white with what some have called corn pattern. Stands approx 3" tall. At one point this piece was registered, possibly from the Native American Gallery, no. RG-242. This cool piece is possibly a toy, I did find another that is around the same size that was classified as such. NOTE: From the collection of Daniel Cutrone, professor at Cal State Dominguez Hills, specializing in preserving the four corners of Native American Indians.
Condition
Overall great condition for age and use. Chipping around the rim and wear to paint.
