Description
This great bowl is of Anasazi culture dating 950-1100 AD. Reserve black lines, stair steps and square coils on white.the holes you see are period holes drilled by hand. The bowl probably broke during firing and a person drilled holes in it and tied it together with sinue so the bowl could still be used. Measures approx?4" tall x 10.5" wide. NOTE: From the collection of Daniel Cutrone, professor at Cal State Dominguez Hills, specializing in preserving the four corners of Native American Indians.
Condition
Visually displays well, has been repaired, please see holes used for the period repair. Please examine photos carefully. Still a wondeful piece.
