A Phoenician polychrome glass janus head bead
Eastern Mediterranean, Circa 5th-mid 2nd Century B.C.
The translucent turquoise rod-formed bead with bearded male features on each side, one with a yellow face, the other of opaque white, applied with white and yellow spherical beads to create the effect of hair and beards, both faces with bulbous white eyes with blue pupils, 2.5cm high
