Masque anthropozoomorphe sculpté d’un double regard, l’un fendu sous le puissant bourrelet frontal, l’autre formé de deux cylindres creux. Surmontant la bouche ouverte, un plateau accolé de deux boutoirs. La coiffure en double tresses recourbées, à l’image de petites cornes, est ornée comme la bouche, de clous tapissier. La paroi épaisse est percée de trous de fixation, auxquels était raccordé le vêtement dissimulant le porteur.
Le vocabulaire plastique célébrant la puissance du règne animal, allié au fort contraste chromatique, font de cet exemplaire un beau témoignage du type.

Anthropozoomorphic mask sculpted with a double gaze, one split under the powerful frontal bead, the other formed by two hollow cylinders. The open mouth is topped by a plate with two buttons. The hairstyle in double curved braids, like small horns, is decorated like the mouth, with tapestry nails. The thick wall is pierced with fixing holes, to which the garment concealing the wearer was connected.
The plastic vocabulary celebrating the power of the animal kingdom, combined with the strong chromatic contrast, make this example a beautiful testimony of the type.
