MUSSOLINI BENITO: (1883-1945) Italian Fascist Dictator of World War II & VITTORIO EMANUELE III (1869-1947) King of Italy 1900-46. D.S., Mussolini, and Vittorio Emanuele, two pages, folio, San Rossore, 5th July 1928, in Italian. The attractive partially printed document being a decree according to which the King of Italy grants Claudio Bergis, and Mario Berti, both Colonels of artillery, their appointment to the Headquarters of the military Command of Sardinia and Commandant of the 29th regiment of artillery respectively. Signed in bold black ink by the King and by Mussolini in his capacity as Minister of war. With two official contemporary ink stamps of the war minister to the verso. The document bears a watermark.
